Warranty
15 years
Fifteen years, and it follows the villa.
Fifteen-year warranty on the mechanisms — cartridge, body and shut-off valves. Not a certificate that sends the unit to a service centre in Jakarta: we service it ourselves, at the villa.
And it transfers. When you sell the property, the buyer holds a live warranty in their own name and calls us — not you, three years after handover.
