Warranty on this item

Fifteen-year warranty on the mechanisms — cartridge, body and shut-off valves — transferable to the villa buyer and serviced by our crew at the property.

What comes with every item

  1. 01

    Selection

Chosen against Bali water and your build, not a catalogue photo. One specification for the whole complex.

  2. 02

    Warehouse

Core items held on the island. Your handover date does not depend on a container.

  3. 03

    Delivery

Released to your build schedule, floor by floor, not dumped on site in month one.

  4. 04

    Installation

Fitted by our own crew, including concealed cisterns and in-wall frames.

  5. 05

    Service

Spare parts and repair kits still on the shelf three years later. We come to the villa.
